With increasing age, many horses find simple movements more difficult, the warm-up phases take significantly more time and the entire gait seems stiffer.
This is usually a completely normal aging process that wears out joint cartilage and ligament structures over the years and can lead to osteoarthritis, bone damage or tendon injuries.
Depending on the breed, type and predisposition this process often becomes apparent from the age of sixteen - but accidents and injuries can also have a negative effect on the horse's mobility.

Horses with limited mobility often suffer from pain when moving and small inflammatory processes in the entire supporting system. Rideability is limited and the quality of life is reduced, since severely affected horses are less likely to lie down to sleep or roll around.

How does ESS Devil's Oil work?

ESS Devil's Oil relies on the effect of extracts of natural origin: devil's claw, artichoke, frankincense and willow bark have long been the focus of scientific studies for their pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties.
In the unique combination with valuable oils and the joint supporters MSM, chondroitin and glucosamine, ESS Devil's Oil offers optimal support for a stressed musculoskeletal system.
The ingredients can have a positive effect on painfully changed or inflamed joints (arthrosis, arthritis) and ligament structures, alleviate movement stiffness and help to enjoy walking.

When does my horse need ESS Devil's Oil?

ESS Mobility Plus is recommended as a preventive measure for horses over the age of sixteen as well as horses of all ages that suffer from generally limited mobility, stiffness and joint problems.

Applicable to:

  • age-related movement restrictions
  • injury-related movement restrictions
  • long warm-up phases
  • cold, wet winter weather
  • inflammatory processes in the joint (arthritis)
  • beginning & advanced arthrosis
  • pavin / ankle inflammation
  • igeneral lameness
  • after orthopedic treatments
  • after surgery (arthroscopy, chip surgery)
  • after falls and kicks

Large horses: 25 - 30 ml per day
(contains up to 40 servings/bottle)

Riding ponies: 15 - 20 ml per day
(contains up to 66 servings/bottle)

Intensive treatment: 50 ml per day - up to 3 weeks
(contains up to 20 servings/bottle)

The Liquid is not suitable for pregnant and/or lactating mares and mares preparing for breeding.

Supplementary feed is not a substitute for needs-based, varied feeding and performance-based training of the horse. The specified recommended (daily) dose should not be exceeded without consulting a veterinarian in charge.

Teufelszeug ;-)

Der Name ist Programm: Das Futter ist echtes Teufelszeug und hilft unglaublich gut. Im Herbst hat meine Stute (19 Jahre) immer Probleme mit den Sprunggelenken und neigt bei kalter und feuchter Witterung zu Gangunreinheiten. Das Devil's Oil bekommt sie seit 6 Wochen und sie läuft von Tag zu Tag besser. Kein Einlaufen mehr, kein steifer Gang. Ich bin so beeindruckt, welche Wirkung ein Futter auf das Pferd haben kann.

Hufgelenksentzündung

Hat ganz klasse bei einer hartnäckigen Hufgelenksentzündung geholfen. Mittlerweile wieder lahmfrei und flott unterwegs.

Wieder Trab und Galopp

Ich muss zugeben ich war anfangs skeptisch und habe das Produkt ausschließlich aufgrund der entzündungshemmenden Zusätze gekauft, aber seit wir das Devil's Oil füttern trabt und gallopiert unser 30 jähriger Haflinger wieder freiwillig. Vor Ende der ersten Flasche haben wir gleich die zweite bestellt.
